Refund policy
FLIGHT VOUCHER OR PHYSICAL GOODS:
- A refund will only be given if the flight voucher or physical goods are returned to the Company offices within 14 days of purchase.
FLIGHT PACKAGES:

Members must keep their membership current in order for packages to remain valid. Continuous membership must be maintained throughout the lifetime of the package for a refund to be considered.

Should a refund be made, any goods and services already received from Highland Aviation will be calculated at the pay-as-you-go price, and deducted from the refund. An administrative charge of £50 will also be applied.
